Want to marry the Statue of Liberty… is she even single???

I’m serious too. Not on no tourist vibe—on some real “I think I found my type” energy.

She tall, she solid, she been holding it down forever. Torch up like, “I got you, come home.” Crown on, ten toes in the harbor, never chasing nobody. Just standing there—patient, unbothered, iconic.

Have to ask the real question:

Is she even single?

It looks like everybody claims her. Whole countries got a relationship with her. People pull up emotional, taking pictures like it’s an anniversary. Folks be like “she represents freedom” and I’m like… okay, so I’m competing with an idea. That’s tough.

Let’s be honest—she got baggage.

She came with history. She came with expectations. She came with rules. You can love what she stands for and still be confused about how she operates. Some days she welcoming, some days she got you in a long line like, “we’ll see.”

Sometimes you don’t want a person, you want a symbol. You want stability. You want something that feels bigger than the day-to-day. You want a love that looks like purpose. Something that says, “I’m here. I’m not moving. Build with me.”

So yeah, I want to marry the Statue of Liberty.

First I need clarity. I need to know if she’s taken, or if she just got a lot of admirers who never actually commit.

I’m not trying to be another visitor.
